1. Your account
Please provide accurate account information and keep your password, OTPs and login details private. Your account is intended for your own learning use, and you are responsible for activity carried out through it.
2. Products and access period
LearnClick provides digital educational products and learning resources. After a successful purchase, access is provided through the purchasing account for the duration shown at purchase. Unless a product states otherwise, the access period is 1 year.
3. Personal access and one-device use
Purchased access is intended for the customer who made the purchase. Account sharing, reselling access or giving purchased access to another person is not permitted. To support account security and fair use, access is limited to 1 device at a time.
4. Learning content and permitted use
LearnClick content is provided for personal educational use. Please respect applicable copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Paid products are not available for download. Free products may be downloaded only through a legal and authorized method provided or permitted by LearnClick.
5. Protecting digital content
To protect learning materials and the work behind them, screenshots, screen recording, copying, extraction, redistribution, republication, resale and unauthorized scraping of protected content are not permitted. Attempts to bypass access controls or technical protections are also not permitted.
6. Payments, refunds and cancellation
Payments for paid products are processed through the payment flow shown at checkout. Because LearnClick products provide digital access after purchase, completed digital-product purchases are non-refundable and cancellation is not available after purchase. Please review the product details, price and access period before completing an order.
7. Responsible use and account protection
Please use LearnClick lawfully and responsibly. Unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, databases or administrative systems, abuse of payment or authentication services, systematic extraction of protected content, redistribution, or attempts to bypass protections are not permitted. Where necessary to protect students, creators or platform security, LearnClick may restrict or suspend access associated with serious or repeated violations of these terms.
8. Tests, resources and service availability
Tests, MCQs, notes, formula resources and progress information are learning aids and do not guarantee a particular examination result. We work to keep LearnClick reliable, but maintenance, technical issues or third-party service problems may occasionally affect availability.
9. Privacy and support
We respect your privacy and aim to handle student information responsibly. LearnClick does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate services such as hosting, authentication, payments, email or customer support.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect student information. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If a cyberattack, unauthorized access, data breach or other security incident occurs despite reasonable safeguards, LearnClick cannot guarantee that information will always remain fully secure, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
